The grapes are macerated for two hours. The juice is then cleaned slowly before being fermented for 12 days at a controlled temperature.
Pale pink colour. Fresh and intense aroma, notes of grape fruit and hints of violet, laurel and red berries, wich develop on the nose. Rounded and fruity on the palate, with a pleasant lingering finish.
