100% Malvasía Riojana from our vineyards on the foothills of the Sierra de Cantabria, with an average age of 60 years old.
Maceration and fermentation of the grape at a controlled temperature of 12-14ºC, and then aged in its lees in a stainless steel vat.
A straw yellow color with some green reflections, a complex nose, intense and very varietal, with an aroma of fresh hay, white fruits with some tropical notes. Elegant in the mouth, round, long, intense yet delicate, with a balanced acidity and a bit of finishing bitterness that lengthens the after-taste.
Especially recommended for fish-seafood, white meat, rice and pasta.
