Tempranillo Noir 100%, of our own vineyards with more than 60 years of age, located at 650 meters in altitude, in calcerous clay soils. Plantations in mini-plots with dry spur pruning, with very limited yields from 2,500 to 3.000 kg/ Hectares.
Intense and prolonged maceration. Controlled alcoholic fermentation and aging for 6 months in new barrels, of French oak, with a very fine toasting, along with another 6 months of aging in the bottle.
Ruby red color, maintaining its intensity in its cherry color, with blue and purple tints. To the nose it combines fruity and fresh aromas with those of great complexity like ripe fruit and spices. To the mouth it presents an excellent and lively acidity; it is very well structured, tasty tannins with a strong aromatic finish and long length, dominating that provided by the wood itself.
Recommended to accompany eggs, roasts, tripe, cod, red meat, fatty fish, cured cheeses and it perfectly accompanies chocolate desserts.
